MEET RUN CLUB COACH CHRIS SCHWARTZ

We’re excited to welcome Chris Schwartz as a Run Club coach at Fleet Feet Quad Cities. Chris brings a strong background in exercise physiology and endurance performance, with a PhD from Michigan Technological University and a faculty role in Kinesiology at St. Ambrose University. A former USAT-certified triathlon coach, he has helped athletes reach goals ranging from their first 5K to full-distance Ironman races.


With over 20 years of personal endurance experience, Chris blends science with real-world training to support athletes at every level. He believes in smart, sustainable training that fits real life—and in building a welcoming, motivating community. You’ll see Chris coaching on Tuesdays and Saturdays throughout the year, and leading spring and summer training programs. Join him and discover what’s possible, together.
