Start Time: 5:30 AM


Kick off your week with an energizing early-morning run designed to reset your mindset and jumpstart your Monday. Stick around after for coffee and connection at Dunn Brothers.


All paces welcome. Runners & walkers encouraged — 3 to 7.5 mile routes.




Tempo Tuesdays


Run Smart. Run Strong.

Bettendorf High School

Meet in the Parking Lot

3333 18th St, Bettendorf, IA


Meet HERE. South Lot off of Maplecrest Rd.


Start Time: 6:00 PM


Tuesdays are for tempo work—controlled, comfortably hard efforts that help improve speed, endurance, and confidence. Expect workouts that challenge you while still being approachable.


All paces welcome — a social run/walk is also available, on a marked route up to 3 miles.

Great River Run Wednesdays


Miles, Smiles, and Midweek Vibes.


Location:

Great River Brewery

332 E 2nd St, Davenport, IA


Start Time: 6:30 PM


Our ultimate fun run. Choose your distance—short, long, or anything in between—then refuel with exclusive extended happy hour food and drink specials for Run Club members.


All paces welcome — runs usually range from 2 to 6 miles.




Long Run Saturdays


Go Far Together.


Location:

Mercado on Fifth

Community Center

423 12th St, Moline, IL


Start Time:

  • Feb–May, Sept-Nov: 8:00 AM

  • June–August (during the warmer months): 7:00 AM


Saturdays are for longer efforts (typically 5+ miles) along the beautiful downtown Moline riverfront. Perfect for base building, training miles, or simply enjoying the run with friends.


All paces welcome — a social run/walk is also available, on a marked route up to 3 miles.
